1 .- Open Template. Duplicate. Close original and work with the copy.
Place 1 rectangle on.

2 .- Select-Select All - float -defloat

3 .- New raster Layer. In your palette of materials:
Foreground paper by_ mari. Angle: 0 Scale: 25 fill the selection.
Select none.
Delete the rectangle pattern 1 (gray).

4 .- Stiches 1. Selections - Select all -float- defloat
New raster layer. Open paper3by_mari (brown). Copy and paste into selection.selection none, delete pattern
Stiches 2 .- Repeat steps stiches 1.
Step three, we will implement with each shape of the template.

5 .- Rectangle 2 (black). Paper4 by_mari

6 .- Circulo.Paper 2 by_mari. Angle: 0 Scale: 40
The circle should be centered in the circle.

7.-rectangle 3 .-
Open, copy and paste the tag mari. Adjust (stretch) with the selection tool until you have the measure of the pattern.

8 .- Open, copy and paste button. Duplicate and resize to different sizes.

9 .- Open the other elements. Copy, paste and resized proportionally.
Your creativity will give you a different touch.
Each time you modify it, do not forget to adjust sharpness.

10 .- Fill in the word art with some of the papers.

11 .- In the pins, erase some parts carefully to simulate that hold the elements

12 .- Add shadows, to enhance the elements.

13 .- Add copys needed.

We're done.
We now have a nice tag to celebrate the entry of the spring.
