Start:

Material

0.- Open the paperss2. Duplicate and close the original.
Effects-Texture effects-Mosaic antique. Parameters as is. Accept.
Minimize.(We will use it as raster layer).

1-Open a new transparent image 600x600.

2-Open, copy and paste as a new layer the proportionate template.
Seclections-select all-float-eliminate the floating selection on your layers.
New raster layer-bucket tool-in properties of material find the layer that we made(Paperss2) Parameters: Angle:0 Scale:25 fill the selection.
Selections none.
Shadow 1/1/50/5 black.


3-Place the layer of the template(black) layers send to top. Change the size to 95%. Without activating-change all layers. Selections-select all-selections float. Elilminate the floating selection in your layer.
New raster layer-use the paper as a layer and fill the selection.
Angle:0 Scale:25 Adjust Sharpen.
Effects-3D effects inner bevel:

Shadow 2/-2/60/5 Black.
Eliminate the black template.

4-Open Frame 2. Duplicate and close the original. Resize 22%. Copy and paste as a new layer. Adjust Sharpen. Shadow -6/6/60/5 black.

5-Open Angel 2. Duplicate and close the original. Resize 27%. Copy and paste as a new raster layer to the left. Adjust Sharpen. Shadow 9/-3/65/5 black.

6-Duplicate the angel layer and place to the right. Position in the layer of the frame, select the frame inside of the right. Go back to the angel layer, selections-invert, delete selections none. Change the layer to luminosity 60.

7-Open Flowers 1. Resize 15%. Paste as a new layer. Shadow -6/6/60/5 black. Duplicate the layer and place as model.

8-Open Flower 2. Resize 15%. Paste as a new layer. Shadow -6/6/60/5 black.

9-Open buttons 1. Resize 25%. Paste as a new layer. Sharpen. Shadow -6/6/60/5 black.

10-Duplicate Button. Resize 85%. Place. You can place them as you wish.

11-Open Butterfly 2. Resize 15%. Paste as a new layer. Sharpen. Shadow -6/6/60/ black.

12-Open Hearts. Resize 25%. Paste as a new layer. Sharpen. Shadow -6/6/60/5 black.

13-Open bug. Resize 18%. Paste as a new layer. Sharpen. Shadow 6/6/60/5 black.

14-Now we add the text.

15-Layers merge visible.

16-Save as a png format.
Done we have finished.
