I have used an image of Al Rio http://www.alrioart.com/, for use it is necessary to obtain a lincese and adquire at
CILM.

Start:

1-Open a new image 600x600 fill it with the color white.

2-Open a new raster layer, go to selections/select all, copy and paste the image the Paper color celeste, paper number4.

3-To this layer we will apply the mask Becky_Mask038, go to mask/new from image, source of luminance checked and apply it. Masks/delete, say yes.

4-The rest is to place all the elements and resize them, as you see in the image. Do not forget to sharpen when you resize them. Frame resize 95% of the original, branches of the flower celeste are two, image/mirror behind the frame and one to the front of the frame resized at 80% of the image. The big blue Flowers behind the frame resized at 60% of the original, Big blue Flowers resize 60% of original place two behind frame. Butterfly celeste metal two of them resize at 54%. Image/mirror so you can place it at the text. Dragonfly resize 28% of original, butterfly celeste at 30% of original place in the branch of the girl tube, elements of the scrap must put copy.

5-Drop Shadow to all the elements of the image, values: Vertical-4, Horizontal4, Opacity 44, Blur 5, Color Black.
